Dominique Breland

Hello! I am a 2018 graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and currently a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman working on the NASA Gateway that will orbit the moon. I became interested in aerospace when I grew up on Fort Bragg in North Carolina and attended air shows as a kid. As I grew older movies like Star Wars, Wing Commander, Titan A.E. and shows like Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, The Expanse captured my imagination. After being exposed to so many depictions of how life in space could look I wanted to contribute anything I could to make humanity a multi-planet species. Some of my passions include watching anime, writing, 3D modeling, art and animations, as well as exploring new technologies, studying social dynamics and traveling.
